Kamrell Windows is in my opinion a first class organization, starting with the office staff and ending with final installation. In all aspects they were professional, thorough, attentive to detail, and ensured the job was done correctly the first time. I have had interactions with other "hurricane window/shutter" companies in the Stuart area and none of these companies come close to what Kamrell offers. A few months back, my husband and I started searching for a company to buy and install Impact Windows on our home. After doing our search we decided to call Kamrell Windows and Doors. Terrible experience. The window product itself seems to be good quality but many mistakes with installation. Project initially failed the city inspection. After multiple trips to correct items that were either forgotten or done wrong the project was completed. The business office personnel are professional and courteous but some of the field people are rude. We would never use them again. We live in a condo community and there are other units in our building that used this same company and they also had issues. They seem to ... read more

Kamrell accommodated requests from the client outside the original scope of work in efforts to give the customer the finished product they envisioned. Some of which caused extra work and return trips that were responded to quickly and efficiently at every request.
They sold me an impact door that has a huge 2" high threshold. That was never explained to me and you can not find that in any documentation anywhere and they tell me I should know better. I find that to be a very deceptive sales tactic. This is a brand new front door, double doors with large sidelights which was very expensive. My other complaint is that they have already indicated they will file a lien and they have not completed their work. Unfortunately the customer is telling 1/2 the story. My saleman (Customer's friend at the time and tennis partner) sold Customer the custom finish high impact entry door. The two of them went back & forth for weeks making the door to Customer's specs. When the product was delivered to our shop my salesman wanted to open the packaging of the double entry door with 2 sidelites to assure all was OK with the door before setting up the date for install.
