I am very impressed with the quick response when I first contacted the company and even more impressed when I met Joe. If you are having critter issues or need a company to help you prevent them then you will not be disappointed. Honest, and and an expert plus, the patience no matter how many questions you ask.
Joe came on short notice (same day), was on time, very detail oriented, attacked the problem areas immediately, then did the rest of the house very thoroughly. Super nice guy, appreciated my business, provided value...Highly recommended! Oh, then he's going to come back in 2 weeks to make certain there are no pests alive! Awesome.

ProControl is the best you can get! I heard rodents in my attic late Saturday night and they responded through thumbtack back to me early Sunday morning! They fit me into their schedule the same day to get started! They came out later Sunday and set traps, assessed the job and made a plan. Then came back on Monday to fill in the places the rats were getting in and check the traps. They got 3 the first night! �. Joe and Jeremy were wonderful! They took the time to explain everything that needed to be done, and took pictures of the rodent damage to show me exactly what we were dealing with. He walked around the house in the rain to check and point out the possible entry points. He set traps already and will be out daily to check them and then seal the entry points.
