Outstanding service. They were very helpful and authentic. Downright decent company! They explained what I would have to do and did a thorough inspection. They even came at the last minute on a Friday!

Very thorough, explained everything and answered questions with great patience. I know I made the right choice hiring Joe & ProControl Team! My only issue is with this site, Thumbtack, and the way the search information is distributed, just awful!

I have had an ongoing problem with rats for eight months months. I have called exterminators, but two companies failed to eradicate the problem. I was told that because I have a dog door, I would just have rats. In desperation I called ProControl Management Services and they came out and immediately set traps. They check the traps every other day and take away the dead rats. They are making progress. Their service is exemplary and their technicians are knowledgeable and pleasant, despite their grim duties. Joe is very polite and professional. He replies very quickly with any concerns and has been very flexible with his times to retrieve, reset and rebait traps. I highly recommend him.
