I can't speak for their pools from personal experience, but I did have an encounter with one of their employees. My car broke down at a gas station with my toddler in the back. A very kind A and G employee came over to take a look at my car and even offered to run home to grab his jumper cables and come back. If they are willing to treat a compete stranger with this much kindness and attention I can only imagine how well they treat their customers! Everything about A & G pool company is worth recommending, from the quality of the work to the construction crews to the follow-up to the beauty of the design, all of that. This is an outstanding company with incredible customer service which we were looking for, and remarkable craftsmanship. Even the county inspector for our pool told me that they are the best in the business. We are so happy with our backyard resort. Five stars!

We recently had to get some paperwork for insurance purposes that we did not have. I called the office on a recent Friday to see if they had what we needed. Shelly explained that the woman who would have that information had the afternoon off but would be in on Monday. Shelly got the information for me on Monday and emailed it to me. Even after the sale - A&G Concrete Pools are there to help....from the people inside the office to the sales people to the workers.
